Who am I
Hi there! I'm Ross Logan and I'm a somatic life coach with a background in somatic coaching, breathwork and over 30 years of meditation practice. For the past three years I've been developing a program of walk and talk therapy because I believe that being in nature enhances our ability to connect with ourselves at a deeper level to facilitate personal growth and real honesty. My WALK WITH ME Program combines the calming effect of nature with somatic coaching to provide you with a unique space for self exploration and personal growth. Whether you're navigating personal challenges or seeking greater balance in your life, I'm here to support you on your journey by helping you to better understand yourself, giving you the skills to move forward without being limited by old patterns and beliefs that have kept you stuck in the past.

Widen the window is a somatic approach to healing which focuses on what happens when we learn to integrate the mind and body through somatic awareness and mindfulness practices. By focusing on physical sensations and emotional experiences, individuals gain insights into their patterns and behaviours. This approach encourages a deeper connection with one's body, fostering self-awareness and facilitating personal growth.
